Like millions of Americans, I found myself out of work during the pandemic. At first, I was laid off from my most recent job. Then I began searching for another job. But I soon realised that I did not want to get stuck in the rat race again.
So, in 2020 I decided to change course and take on the entrepreneurial journey. I started my own blog called wheresmycents.com to talk about topics on finance and talk about my blogging journey.
By the end of 2020, business had taken off and my email list grew. Since then, I have been making a living from my blog in passive income through my commission from my affiliate links. Even my old posts are still making me money till Today.
What’s nice now is that I only work for about 4 hours a day and get to spend more time with my family and friends.
When people ask me how they can create a passive income-generating business, I tell them that there is a lot of groundwork in the beginning, but it pays off in the long run.

To make passive income, you need to set up automatic systems in the start of your blog. This will save you so much time and your most essential tasks will run on autopilot.
